Three Bedrooms in Scenic Valley 2 is an apartment in District 7 of Ho Chi Minh City, 5.3 km from the city centre, with three bedrooms, a kitchen and a balcony with city views. The apartments come in four versions, each sleeping up to six guests, so they suit families and small groups who want to cook, spread out and stay together under one roof.

The 115 m² premium version is the largest and the only one with a bath alongside its shower, while the 95 m² high-floor apartment is the most compact of the four.

The Premium Apartment with Balcony is the largest at 115 m² and the only one with a bath alongside its shower. Every apartment includes a washing machine, a dining table and a microwave.

The apartments have a stovetop, a refrigerator, a microwave, kitchenware, an electric kettle, a dining table, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and a minibar come with every unit, and the rooms have city views.

Outside the apartments, the property has a terrace, a garden, an indoor swimming pool, a restaurant with room service and luggage storage. A 24-hour front desk, daily housekeeping, key card access and 24-hour security are on site, and the airport shuttle is paid.

Saigon Railway Station, the city's main railway terminal, is 7.4 km away, and Ben Thanh Station, the metro station near Ben Thanh market, is 5.1 km.
